Returns:

Returns are never a problem. If you would like to return or exchange merchandise, please contact us by calling 1(888) 488-3372 M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm PST, email us at service@tuffpak.com or fax us at 1 (800) 462-5725. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item to Nalpak, Inc. for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking/refurbishing fee are our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

Shipping Info:

We will ship your order promptly after it is received. Most merchandise will arrive in 7-10 business days. Oversized items may take longer.

Backorders:

If you order an item that is out of stock, we will ship the backordered item in a timely manner. If you have a question about a backordered item please call and check on the status of your order. We routinely ship partial orders (When some items are in stock and others are not). You will not incur any additional delivery charges for partial orders.

Privacy Policy:

When a purchase is made from tuffpak.com we require personal information (like name, email address, mailing address and shipping address). We use this information to communicate with you about your order and to get your order delivered to you . We understand that your privacy is important to you. All information gathered by this site will be kept completely confidential. We will not sell, lease, give or loan your information to anyone. We do not collect or distribute any data submitted to our online store for any purposes other than to process your online order.
