Jim Lastoka's Alaska trip

Dear Tuffpak,
Enclosed are several photos of your gun case and the float plane used by our outfitter on our recent hunting trip to Alaska.
No, we're not in the Army! The plane was purchased by the flying service from a military museum. Due to the cost of repainting, they decided to leave the Army colors and markings.
You do a better job of making gun cases than I do of taking pictures. We put two rifles and several heavy coats in the case, along with several fishing rods.
At one airport, they were not even aware that it was a gun case. Also, by eliminating the need for another gun case, we were able to check a cooler of fish free, instead of having to pay an excess baggage charge, so it's helping pay for itself. The wheels are a great feature!
The pictures were taken on the Iditarod River. We hunted moose near the old ghost town of Iditarod from which the famous sled dog race takes its name.
I am very pleased with the gun case, and other hunters who saw it all asked what kind it was and where to purchase one.
Sincerely,
Jim Lastoka
P.S. Larry Czonka, the ex-Miami Dolphin football player was also with our outfitter making a T.V. hunting program. His camera man from ESPN was using a Tuffpak case for their camera stand.
